The Smoke & Whiskey Fest is excited to announce a St. Louis-style rib cook-off, sanctioned by the Rib Cook Off Association to be held on Friday, October 30th, in conjunction with the Premier BBQ and Whiskey event in North Texas.
It will be on the Promenade, at the RiverWalk, in the heart of Flower Mound.
Registration for the Rib Cook-Off is through the RCOA website.
